工作职责:
Support to develop annual media plan, strategy and budget allocation for the whole and assigned product portfolio (as it fits with overall master brand strategy and corporate strategy)
Campaign media planning and performance review to continue to optimize media effectiveness and efficiency
Set media model and adjust media pattern according to business needs, test and learn to apply for overall brand
Co-work with team and cross function to drive EC business growth
IP sourcing and collaboration and deeply implement with media campaigns
Drive media innovation with new model, technology and big data
Projects management for related marketing/media programs
Coordinate and support Local store marketing media activities
任职资格:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree or above
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCY (and other qualifications):
Rich media & digital planning experience, 8-10 year of working experience, FMCG background is preferred
Independent campaign management capabilities and experiences
Strong ability and experiences in IMC, including social mkt, content/co-branding/IP/Celebrity engagement, programmatic media buy, data driven mkt etc.
Best practice initiator of EC business growth with strong data analytics skills, as well as efficient KPI tracking. Hands-on experience is preferred.
Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically from developing strategic plans and deliver high quantify results with media data insights
Loving to innovate, quickly catching up the new digital / media trend and consumer behavior and always keep dynamic studying
