    工作职责:

    Sourcing 15%
    - Lead or support sourcing initiative to identify the right suppliers for poultry category, influence decisions, delivering cost improvements.
    - Develop spend analysis and gather market intelligence in alignment with business goals.

    Supply Reliability 15%
    - Closely work with supply chain stakeholders to ensure supply reliability
    - Setup BCP and risk mitigation plan to secure materials timely delivery in the peak season.

    Category Strategy development 10%
    - Thorough understanding of poultry vertical integrated supply chain and balance both internal & external stakeholders’ needs
    - Balance short term cost benefit & mid-term sustainable supplier base development
    - Proactively anticipate future trend and initiate projects to think beforehand

    Supplier management 15%
    - Leads suppliers’ development activities, sets up cross function review meeting with key suppliers in order to improve performance and cost
    - Develop sustainable solutions and mitigate risk, drive mid- long term supply chain end to end value, identify and pursue opportunities to develop different tiers’ supplier capabilities.

    Contracting & Cost control 20%
    - Leads contract negotiation bidding process – selects supplier and drives fact-based negotiations.
    - Driving continuous savings and ensure competitive cost with YUMC demand scale

    Project Management 15%
    - Manage relationships with key stakeholders incl. quality, engineering (packaging development) and business representatives incl. brand marketing, Restaurant excellence team etc.,
    - Support & initiate value ideas / NPDs timely launched with cross function collaboration
    - Leads & support spec optimization/relative innovative initiatives to drive sustainable cost improvement.
    Team Management 10%
    - Lead team for Effective coaching skills for team members to reach their fullest potential.


    任职资格:

    - Bachelor’s degree
    - Above 12 years working experience (including 5 years in strategic procurement management in FMCG/ QSR / retail industry, 3 years experiences as a team leader)
    - Quick learner, self-starter with the ability to respond independently to complex problems.
    - Strategic thinking with strong analytical problem-solving skills and technical proficiency
    - Strong communication & presentation skills, comfortable to drive healthy debates and find solution
    - Desire to be a leader and be able to work under pressure and handle challenging situations, positive attitude to work in a fast-paced environment.
    - Up to 20%domestic travel.
