工作职责：

Food safety and quality management to ensure the products from suppliers comply with YUMC’s requirements and with China’s regulation
a) Develop new suppliers and qualify them.
b) Ensure all suppliers implementation of effective food safety and quality management system
c) Push suppliers to manage their material upstream according to China’s regulation and YUMC’s requirements.
d) Improve all suppliers’ performance to meet YUMC’s requirements, including auditing, product complaints, product testing, and so on.
e) Ensure products meet YUMC’s Specification.
f) Handle/investigate food safety and quality issues/customer complaints.
g) Conduct risk assessment of categories, suppliers and products, and take actions to reduce the risks.
h) Cooperate with related workmates on food safety/quality issues;
i) Provide technical support to PA and FS for crisis management
j) Provide the necessary supporting to FQA on restaurant raw material related issues;

任职资格：

EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree or above in food related major;

PERSONAL:
a) Strong execution, innovation and improvement ability
b) Strong communication and coordination skill, can work under high pressure
c) Good judgement and analysis skills.
d) Can find out the root cause of problem, and solve them

f) Can accept business trips.

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):

a) Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience on manufacturing, quality assurance or R&D in food industry.
b) Be familiar with professional knowledge of food industry, such as animal protein, seafood products, seasoning, grain products, beverage or dairy field. Quality manager experience is preferred.
c) Be familiar with food related laws and regulations, strong food safety awareness;
d) Be familiar with quality management system, such as IS022000, BRC, FSSC22000 etc.
e) Be familiar with supplier and upstream management.
f) Be familiar with supplier audit system and risk assessment system
g) Be familiar with product development process and product standard；
