工作职责:
• 确保门店的品质、服务、清洁达到标准,达成营业额和利润年度目标
• 监督并负责门店员工的训练、工作考核
• 监督并负责门店内新产品推出及制作程序的要求
• 确保门店所有的财务事宜准确
• 界定门店的商圈范围及不定期的评估划定商圈的主要竞争对手和客源
• 对营业额、利润和人员发展方面分析拟定,并完成门店短期及长期目标和行动计划
• Be responsible for the food quality, service, cleanliness standard, achieving the AOP of sales
• Be responsible for the crews’ training, and daily work assessment, etc
• Be responsible for the new products introduction and SOP
• Be responsible for all the financial matters, and make sure the accuracy
• Be responsible for the trading area management, collecting the info of competitors, and managing the customers
• Analyze the sales, profits, people management problems, and develop the related solutions
任职资格:
• 大专及以上学历,5年以上门店管理经验
• 良好的组织能力和管理能力,出色的团队合作能力
• 对餐饮行业热情
• 良好的英语水平
• 5+ years store management experience
• Passion for the retail or FMCG industry
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent teamwork
• Good oral English
